Very Slow in process, Charge for package but end up not completing the report like Education verification etc. Client hire another candidate and onboard if you take that long time. It has been 7 Working days already on my BC request and still counting. Candidate university mentioned that replied same day and asked for verification payment and manual authorization but you did not provide any of it. Now our candidate called university paid fee and provided manual authorization so it will be done now but it was very poor work from your side on misleading the information.
