We have been using TruDiligence for many years now as a company. They are quick and accurate with providing us the reports we need. One of the things that stands out to me the most is their level of customer support and responsiveness to our questions and needs. I've known TruDiligence for several years... their professionalism, integrity and understanding the complex background industry is second to none! Plus, they have great advance on incorporating products and services that you ONLY need... they do not oversell! No... instead they take time to understand your business and make cost effective recommendations that make sense! Lastly, be very cautious on saving a dime when doing BG checks online.... in most cases, its cheaper because the data the online folks online use old and stagnant data pulls, thus leaving you and your company out to dry not IF but WHEN something goes wrong. TruDiligence has simplified our lives! I am the CEO of a home care agency in Denver, Oklahoma City and Wyoming... we use TD for ALL our BG checks!

If you are looking for a Background check vendor who can do it fast, efficiently and has excellent customer service…TruDiligence is highly recommended. They have been our sole background, workers comp and MVR provider. Our company has over 1600 employees and being in the healthcare industry, we need a fast and efficient background check provider when hiring. Since we switched to TruDiligence, we couldn’t be happier and have not had one complaint. Highly recommended!!!

Tru Diligence is one of the best companies I have ever worked with for Background Checks and MVRs. If I need to contact them with questions, they are very prompt and courteous in answering. When doing large verifications they walk me through the steps needed. They are the best!
