I ordered Sloggi Knickers, which never arrived, and which the shipper returned to the company. I phoned three times asking why I had not received a refund. On the third call I was told that the company knew I had not received the knickers, but nonetheless I had to fill out a form and post it back to them in order for the refund to be processed! I used PayPal, which means a refund should be easy. This is nineteenth century bureacracy, and TERRIBLE customer service.
