Now I know why I see a bunch a one star ratings I called these people over two weeks ago For help with my shutters my rolldown shutter not even the courtesy of a call back call them today about five minutes ago and was told after being placed on hold that she had passed the information on along with my pictures that they requested I take and send it to him for something so simple it’s been two weeks and now today the woman who answered the phone told me we don’t even have a service technician I want to know why didn’t she didn’t tell me that two weeks ago ???what terrible customer service now I understand one star.... don’t waste your time with these people

Tripod Aluminum built our screen enclosure! We are super happy! The City of Port Saint Lucie gave us a run for our money because our 1984 house was noncomplying and we had to get extra permits and variances. Once we finished making the city happy Tripod Aluminum got right back on the project. We are super super happy!

Tripod Aluminum is a very difficult company to deal with..Owner Thad does not take responsibility for they're poor workmanship while installing my pool enclosure..They put up two Elite roofs one that leaks constantly when it rains.He (Thad) tried to blame my roof ..He sent out his buddies roofing Co. ARMIDILLO ROOFING.who acknowledged it was his roof not mine that was the problem..He also put up one of the gutters with a reverse pitch that holds water always cause it drains the wrong way.. I have been dealing with this for over seven months and have pictures ,videos of the leaks and copies of communications with them...I would not EVER recomend anyone ever use this Company..

Paid a deposit in April to have our porch screened. It's now middle of June and no screened porch. Everytime we call we are told someone will call back and they never do. Finally after five phone calls I get someone who promised an install date and she would call back but she didn't. We asked to cancel the order and get our money back. That took two weeks and four phone calls as well. Finally we just showed up at the office and got a refund check. Im not sure what kind of product they install but their customer service is terrible.

Our patio needed screen enclosure but protecting our water view. They created cabling and picture window combination that is beautiful. We dine by the window with family and safe outdoor fun for our handicap son. The office staff was so responsive to our calls and questions during the process.

Signed a contract and gave them $4300 deposit on November 23, 2015They were to replace pool enclosure "right after the holidays"Have been calling them every week this year to schedule installation and have been told "next week" for the last three weeks, now Marlene says she needs more time and can't give a date

I have been in the business since '93 and I have never seen anyone cut there K bracing square(bracing in corner side walls of pool enclosures) I guess they don't want to take the time to learn how to figure a degree. also any homeowner can put there mansard corners and wind bracing the way they do they just hold up a piece of 2x2 and mark it not worrying if the roof panel is sitting out of square so there for it is most likely the panel comes out racked. When you do that to corners it probably comes out short or long in either case it comes out of the shop spring loaded. As long as he has been in business you would think he would have taken the time to figure out how to do it right.they have been installing them that way for a while so why start doing it right now?
