Feedback:

They must still live in the 1970s. Everything is still conducted by snail mail. Their website has very limited functions. When I called them, they ask me to send paper forms, and scanned copy is not accepted. DocuSign? Forget about it. All payments to them can only be paper checks. Pay over the phone? Online payment? They don't even have a clue. TriNet is a dinosaur in service business.

I am an accountant and have 5 accounts with TriNet over the last 18 years. If you have a company under 10 people and just went through an open heart surgery or cancer treatment (I hope you didn't), you should consider TriNet, otherwise save the money. Another reason to consider TriNet, but only probably for a short time - if you have 20 employees and they are all in different states. It is an EXPENSIVE "non-service" with hidden cost (like higher Workmen's comp insurance) and awful customer support. I've run payroll and benefits for small companies multiple times and I never chose TriNet on my own. I always made administration simple and cheap as it should be. By chance, I'm on the phone with TriNet trying to leave it, but need to get EPL info. It has been a month. Cheers!
