Travis was Huge help with a a difficult tax issue that needed to be cleared up in a timely manner. He cleared up thousands of dollars in taxes due that were incorrectly calculated without me owing an extra dollar in tax.

If you read Matthew's, Jake's, Steven's , Anthony's , Emily's , Kim's , Diana's , and Joseph's reviews you just scratch the surface of the frustration that we went through.... Never corresponds back to you with excuse after excuse .... Had serious issues with out of state taxes in which I finally had to retain a lawyer to take care of costing me thousands. Take my advice and stay as far away as possible.... Ended up using Jackson Hewit this year and got to see how professionals operate.

Hiring Travis Raml was a huge mistake. He is impossible to reach, and provides nothing but excuses. He never completed our family and business taxes, which left us in a major bind at tax time. The experience has been stressful and extremely unprofessional.

Dealing with Travis was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. Getting in touch was a nightmare. He also promises to follow up but never actually sticks to these promises. I had to double check his work as he forgot to apply deductions we talked about in our consultation. Endless excuses of dubious believability. Stay away.

Had a meeting with Travis, he gave me his spiel on how he could help me/family with financial planning and tax preparation. He gave me portal access to upload documents and then he disappeared. Since then, he has had zero contact for the last 2 months. I have called and emailed to no avail. It felt like if your situation isn’t lucrative in his eyes, he won’t give you the time of day.Update 2/23:He replied to the review within minutes of posting it and said he would be reaching out. Still have not heard anything over a month later.

I tried to hire him. After the initial call he said he was going to email some documents with scheduling options. Never received them. Called back 3 times and left messages, no return calls and still no emails.
