If a staffing agency with no consistency in communication or where one person says they’ll do something and then not do it is what you’re looking for or a place where if someone says something negative about you or they automatically take that persons word without hearing your story is what you’re looking for ! Then look no further ! You’ve come to the perfect place ....... This place is a waste of time and it takes days for you to get started ! They tell you to show up for an interview and they say they’ll meet you and then when you show up, it’s someone else you end up speaking to ! On top of that, they don’t even have the courtesy to at least call you and tell you that you’ll be meeting with someone else . When that happens, they’ll have you fill out forms and then you have another person telling you that you don’t fill out a form and they end up putting the blame on the person you ended up meeting with instead of the person you were suppose to meet up with . Again, NO communication or consistency there ! Then again, they’re not gonna take responsibility for it ! Then when they have someone who’s pointing out legitimate things or flaws in their system, they get defensive . Not only that, you tell them that their system isn’t working and yet they have no urgency in getting the matter resolved ! Why ? Because they get paid regardless but yet they don’t worry whether you get started in a week or two weeks . So it’s obvious they have no concern for those who have bills or a family to support ! I made the mistake by turning a job down to show them my loyalty and then because a couple of employees took my straight forward, direct and business like approach as an attitude . They decided to let me go ! I never once used any foul language, raised my voice or disrespected anyone at this agency ! They just got upset because I addressed them on the mistakes and flaws that they had and pointed out the areas they needed much improvement on ! I know companies don’t like it when someone does that but if you all were on point as far as getting the job done, communicating and following through . Then there would be no room for anyone to come in and point those areas out to you ! Get on your job, do what’s needed, get your communication on point and do as you say you’re going to do ! It’s that simple and there’s no excuse for it ! So to all you Men and Women who are looking for a quick start, you can forget about here ! One more thing, if they send you somewhere and that place they send you to doesn’t like the smallest thing about how you talk or speak your mind they’re quick to pull you off and give you some B/S story about sending you so where else and in the meant time you’re not working which means you’re not making money . Do they care ? NOT one bit and they’ll take their time finding another spot or place to put you . You’re much better off applying for a regular company versus these staffing agencies ! So don’t wast your time with Transforce ! It’s a total waste of time and they are far from being on a professional level ! I witnessed it and it happened to me ! So I speak from experience in and out of this place . If you have skills you can always find something better on Craigslist or Indeed ........ X. Rodriguez “Dallas Texas” !

The benefits department for this company is horrible. Hope no one ever has to call them for anything because you want get any help none whatsoever. They are a complete joke!!!!
