My experience with TPI Staffing has been nothing less than exceptional from the moment I presented them my resume and interviewed. From the ladies at the front desk to the senior recruiters. They are highly knowledgable, motivated, and dedicated to finding a position that fits your experience as well as your willingness to commute. Special thanks to Kristina, Doris, Kelley, Dajanee, and anyone else I failed to mention! Definitely not your average staffing agency and I'm not the review writing type of guy but I had to give them their just due!

Well for now. I’ve been applying for jobs and sending my resume to the recruiterd. Jobs i know I’m qualified for and calling in available for probably 2 months and i haven’t had any luck with TPI staffing. Edit: It took a while but they finally placed me on an assignment.

My Experience with TPI has been amazing! Samantha Shultis is a very professional, dedicated and knowledgeable person. She did my first screening and everything work so smoothly. I have gotten very little help from this place. I am an IT professional and even though they claim to have IT availabilities on the site, I get there and they say they don't. Also "walk-in's welcome" is a bit of a misnomer. What that really means is you check in and that's it...they don't interview you or anything. They were helping some other people when I was there, but they weren't even dressed ready to interview or anything, but they got walk-in interviews. I don't get it! This is ridiculous!

TPI Staffing is the most worthless and annoying staffing agency I have ever sent a resume to. It has been at least 4 months and I still haven't been able to speak to a recruiter. They send me text messages and emails about available jobs but replying to the texts and emails doesn't work. I get no response when following the instructions in the message to send my resume (which should already be on file) to a specific recruiter. I have called the office several times attempting to speak with a recruiter but the receptionist does everything in her power to keep me on the website and off the phone. When I am able to leave a voicemail with some unnamed machine, I get no response.They have leeched all of the humanity out of human resources. Don't waste your time with Totally Pointless and Irritating (TPI) Staffing, Inc.
