No benefits,no advancement...management is a joke. team lead wasnt able to handle or approach a person of color. if one person(of color) did something wrong then all people of color were sent home...team lead having relations with team member on same team made job stressful and conflicts were happening on a constant basis...i say all these things because I've experience this FIRST HAND....since there's no actual face to face interview the company will tend to hire anyone and i mean anyone.some people were there just to get a free check never worked a minute in their shift..OVERALL DISASTER! ! im in the staten island,NY area...
