The reply to your response: I handed in everything on JULY 5th! Don't use that deadline excuse, it makes you sound like a immature student! And I am the one who had to call and to email, in order to get some words from you.To give you some credit, you didn't charge me for this return. Let's share our true story! Please learn from my experience. I handed in my documents (in details) on July 5th. It is now September 21st, Nothing! After multiple phone calls and office visits, the only words I got from them is one email - your tax will be done by the 10/15 deadline; we will call you when it's done, etc., etc. What can you do when hearing empty words?Let's sharing your true experience here!
