Feedback:

When I walked in and the receptionist stood up and yawned wiping her eyes asking me to have a seat. That was so rude and her jeans was coming off her waist line. My appointment was at 3:30pm & Grace O'Neil came in the room at 4:11pm, I was timing get because I had my child in daycare. After my interview I was offer a position but I had to pass 3 forms of computer work. I passed all 3, and was told I'm going to start on the 4th & Grace O'Neil told me she'll email me the address and position at Maximus. She explained it was downtown etc. This was on 8/16.. on 8/23 I emailed Grace O'Neill for information am update because 9/04 was approaching & I wanted to be prepared. Today 8/30 a week later Grace responded to my email which is very unprofessional, some acknowledgement is the first step to being professional.. and communicating is always key. But today a week later she said "sorry for the late response but your application is denied". Let's keep in mind i didn't look for work because she gave me a definite and start date. Now I have 5 children and no money for school clothes or food. I could've been looking for another job for these past 2 weeks. I don't understand this company is in a nice area but so unprofessional and doesn't care about anybody. Very very ghetto.

I got hired as a call center representative I was appreciative of them even giving me a chance knowing my background did not meet their requirements however when I tried the job out for 3 weeks realized it was not for me and the person that hired me didn't understand that seemed more disappointed rightfully so but after that I did not hear from them, they are a staffing company so if your not happy at your job they are supposed to try and find you something else, and they failed to do so I'm giving them 2 stars

I started my job search with various options. I was invited to interview with The Panther Group and within days I had a scheduled interview with a progressive local company. I was hired as a temp with a GREAT established organization and since have been hired full time permanent ahead of schedule.During this time I had total access to a Rep. from TPG and open door communication kept me informed and encouraged about the process. Looking for a job turned into a career change and all is good.

Wasn’t very happy with the fact that I was let go due to being in a car accident but the panther group did what they could even though I was being rude and all they still advised they would still work with me so I’m giving them 4 stars

I left my job of 3 years to go to this new promising place that The Panther Group found quickly for me called Maximus. I did not have a interview with anyone and did not know where it was located until the day before but was told it would be in the paperwork. The panther group recruiter michal, did not send me all of the paperwork to start and after starting could not get my first check until a month later and I had to call and send in my direct deposit form 6 times. They never got it right so i kept getting paper checks on random days wed or thurs and if it was during a holiday a whole week late. When i tried to sign up for a new job he told me he was working on it and avoided me for 3 weeks always in a "mandatory meeting" and would call me back which never happened. One day i checked my email and it said exiting survey. I called up the next day which was a holiday so maximus was closed but not the panther group and he told me "oh yea i forgot to call you, your job there was completed and i have nothing lined up for you" when i asked for him to look for a new job he said he would get back to me but i knew he was never going to call me again. I had no idea that my last day was coming up and you are told to call weekly to talk to your recruiter but he was never available to talk..... JUST DONT DO IT!

Was forced to deal with them when I did software consulting for my last company. Literally steal money from *my* paycheck for "services", to which they provided me absolutely nothing. They couldn't even provide access to a health insurance that meets Massachusetts requirements.They are theives; avoid them at all costs.

Save yourself the trouble. God gives you signs to know when something is not right. God makes things happen for a reason and I am grateful. The true side of these people are very scary and if you do not want to experience that, do not work for them. Look beyond the fake smiles.

Very unprofessional. Will call you to yell at you, try their best to make you feel worse than you already do (could care less about what is going on in your​ life) and hang up on you. Do not work for this company, they may "act" nice and pretend to be accommodating but it's all just to get you in the door. You are only a number and not a human being. I highly suggest you get your job directly from employers because this agency will pay you less than them as well.
