So my spouse went in for help after being unable to contact the EDD by phone, after trying for 2 weeks. When he got to the Torrance One Stop, an employee ( a woman with a bad attitude and thick accent) was rude and refused to listen. Instead she informed him she was the "expert" had been doing that for many years and then proceeded to give him information he didn't need or want. She then informed him she shouldn't be helping him anyway, when he tried again to get the information he needed.
