Sorry to say, had a bad experience with this business. After having a screen replaced on an iPad it didn't work properly. We were told to update operating system. Still didn't work properly. Returned iPad to them to check out. After some time and no call from them I called to check on iPad. Was told at that time the screen was cracked and needed to be replaced. I know we didn't take it up there with a crack, (they just replaced the screen)was told the best he could do was a 15.00 discount on another screen which would then cost 205.00. I went to pick up my iPad and was told by employee they are not responsible for cracked screens. This was an obvious crack, I called to express my disbelief as to the fact that had we handed it to them in this shape I would have been obvious at that time yet was not mentioned or put on the work form...He hung up on me. When I got home and looked at the iPad closer there was a mark where this crack started. I lifted the tempered glass screen saver and in fact The screen WAS NOT CRACKED just the screen saver. Am so glad I took back our iPad. people beware. Take pictures of your items before you hand them in for repair. Will not be returning to this business.
