Interviewed here for an inside sales roll. There was an accident on Highway 100 which brought traffic to a standstill causing me to show up 12 minutes late to the interview. I interviewed with two guys named Joe and Fred. Joe was nice but Fred was very brash and intimidating. They made it clear to me that the culture of this company is 100 geared towards making money and nothing else. No fun, no games, just work. They were not sympathetic to my situation of being stuck in traffic and denied me the job because of that.

Beware of this so called company! Please don’t do business with TLC Companies they will hold your last paycheck for no reason at all and get a nasty attitude when you try to call and check on it. They pay you biweekly and this is the third week that i have been waiting to receive my paycheck and they telling me i will receive it in the mail since i was terminated but thats a lie also because i quit and wasn’t terminated but even if i was then where the heck is my money? Beware folks!
