I had a terrible experience with this company in March of last year. Yes, that is March of 2017 it was so terrible it is still on my mind a year later! I dealt with a Mary Keesee. I found this company to be very slow and the lack of knowledge and professional was dumbfounding! After weeks of them working on the title for a property I was selling I received an email stated that they "couldn't insure the transaction" despite me jumping through hoops to provide all the documentation they requested. I left a few messages asking for specifics and NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK!! We went with a different title company that had it taken care of within a week!!! Based on the same documentation i had provided! This could have cost me the sale of my home and did delay it for approximately a month! I do not recommend anyone use this company.

Our real estate team exclusively uses Title Partners for all our title needs throughout the St. Louis/St. Charles MO area. Our closer Julie Bader & Closing Coordinator Tammy Hodges do an amazing job in the OFallon branch! The entire staff is a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

we had real bad experience with this company that Rowles builders are using to close their houses. Several discrepancies noted on the day of closing with no straight answers form the builder or the title partners. Will never use or recommend both of them
