Overall Feedback:

The company I work for had repeated customer service issues in dealing with Title Guaranty. Ultimately, communication was the biggest factor. I'm not sure if the employee was overloaded or not organized enough to execute properly, but we deal with title companies on a regular basis and we will steer clear of this group in the future.
