i quit a career job because titan told me if i preformed well at california industrial rubber, i would be permanently hired on in about 90 days. i have been working for this company for 2 years and have yet to be hired on. i will remain a temp until i find a new job. i was lied to so titan could make money off of me. if laid off by california industrial rubber, i will not get unemployment, i will be sent to work for another company at minimum wage. they are a scam whose main interest is making money off of your labor. no vacation, no benefits, no nothing. if you are looking for a career DO NOT work trough titan no matter what they tell you.
