David Evans was our realtor through Thomas and Co, and we couldn't have been happier with his service. After a long wait and multiple visits to homes that just weren't for us, we finally checked out a house that we wanted. He submitted the offer quickly after our visit, and we are now settled into our new home. He was patient with us as we navigated buying a home for the first time, and I highly suggest him and his company. We will definitely use them in the future when the time comes!

Excellent top of the line Marketing of our home that resulted in over 15 offers in less than 3 days. Their use of social media with the excellent quality photos of our home was phenomenal. We started talking to Kate and Tony a few years before we put our house on the market knowing we needed to make updates to our house of 18 years. We relied on their expertise of the buyer in our area and slowly made changes by updated appliances, paint, carpet, bathrooms using many of their suggestions. We took their free downsizing and home sale prep class, a must do even if you are not going to sell right away. Every bit of their and the experts they had at this class, helped us in the process. Every update paid off in the end with a sale over asking. I would highly recommend Kate & Tony's team Their booklet on contacts from everything to contractors and movers was so valuable in making the sale and move easy. We love Kate & Tony!!

I met Kate 16 years ago before moving to New Albany . We were deciding between two areas, I asked Kate to take her realtor hat off and ask which area she thought we would be happier, she suggested the area ( which we built) and received no commission.
