They offer great positions that don't stay or are with corrupt companies. Never got a stable position with them.

Thomas Employment is the best staffing agency out there! They truly look for jobs that either garuntee you to get hired in, or that give you a very high chance of getting hired in. I just got into a phenomenal company with excellent benefits because of Thomas Employment, and cannot thank them enough. Erin is the owner, and is both compassionate and caring.

Have been using Thomas Employment for a little over a year now. I wish I would have found them three years ago as I was using other agencies that were never as helpful.I highly recommend Thomas Employment as the staff are the most professional people that I'm working with.

Don't waste your time working for this company. Thomas Employment has no idea what they are doing. I spoke with the owner of the company and she was extremely unprofessional. I ended up telling Thomas Employment that I will not work for a company that acts like that. When I tried to talk to the owner, she was not listening to what I was saying. In fact, she blurted out comments to me. When I asked her what that meant, she couldn't even answer. It was like she was mentally unstable. Then she said I have to go and hung up on me. I called Thomas Employment three times. First time, I spoke with the owner. I did not even know it was the owner. I asked about a couple of positions. I was told by the owner they don't have those positions. When I asked her why does it say that you have these positions opened. She said oh I just take messages. I responded, "You told me you don't have positions and now you might." Then that is when she mentioned "expectations and not living up to them." I was in the middle of saying, I just wanted to know if you had a couple of positions opened, she hung up on me. I waited for a few minutes and called back. I wanted to talk to a manager. I wanted the manager to know what kind of horrible customer service took place. I have worked with the public for many years. I have never ever treated a person in the horrible way I was treated. I am still in shock the owner of the company acted that way. My best advice to the owner is to seek some type of mental health treatment. She is becoming unhinged. After she gets her mind straightened out, learn how your company works. If you are going to be in the office then know what positions you have opened. Don't tell the people on the phone one thing and you don't even know for sure. I look at the future for Thomas Employment and I wonder how can the company stay opened. The owner of the company is losing it mentally. I hope she is not the one who is going after new clients. If I ever treated one of my customers the way she treated me, I would have been fired. I am doing the next best thing and not working for Thomas Employment!
