AVOID THIS PLACE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED. The store should be like any other UPS store except that the so called “manager” is a short and grumpy bald guy who resembles your typical comic movie villain (Mentok), attitude and all. Condescending with customers and greedy as possible, we’re taking our business elsewhere after dealing with this character.

Used this location for a year because it was closeby, but in that time I've grown to despise it. I'll often avoid the 2 minute walk to drive all the way to fedex instead. Mostly because they don't lose your packages right after you hand one to them or give you attitude for no reason at all. I wish I could report it was isolated incidents by seasonal employees, but it's managers too. Easily the worst shipping service store inside 95.

Super friendly staff and efficient operation. I barely go to stores anymore because this shop has made returns so easy for me. In addition to UPS drop off, they also will take your package if it is for USPS. Very convenient.

Price was right, service was outstanding. Not sure who the unhappy folks were dealing with, but it certainly wasn't the head of the store. He helped me over a period of several months to plan a vinyl banner for a local farm that my daughter works at, and the final product was a great printing job: crisp printing of some very detailed photos, all on tough material with grommets ready to hang outdoors. I also do all my Amazon return drop-offs here, but this was above and beyond.

I was there at 6 o’clock on the dot and they had already printed out their report and would not take anybody else so actually the store closed at around 10 minutes till six. That’s not right.

Hands down the rudest customer service I have seen. I went twice there and each time their customer service was horrible. First time I went to return an incorrect shipment that UPS had dropped at my front porch. The dude at the counter told me they won’t be able to take the incorrect package and I’ll have to go drop it off at the UPS sorting location 2 miles down. Second time I walked in at 4:59pm and the guy literally slammed the door on my face telling the store was closed. What a rude way to talk to your customers.

Horrible service. Very rude. I went in to mail a few packages and the first thing the man asked was about my tape. In fact he offered me absolutely no assistance and walked away. Also he would not process my packages until I had taped them up myself.
