If I could give a negative star I would. I filed a final return for a deceased person who used them previously, I took my personal taxes to another place at the same time, mine is done and returned. They've had my return going on 3 months. Won't return calls. DO NOT USE THEM.

the opposite of everything H&R Block represents. bonnie lewis refuses to allow anyone to feel dumb or lost about taxes. she won’t sugar coat the fact nor waste your time with useless explanations. fair pricing to accommodate anyone. what othe business runs a food drive that benefits everyone!? visiting the tax lady is worth the time and energy that tax season puts on all of us.

Bonnie has no control over her employees. They are very rude and unprofessional. No communication between them. They say one thing and do another. And if you have proof that they are lying. They threaten to call the police and 9 times outta 10 they never show because this is a ongoing problem. Besides that everyone knows your business. There is no privacy. What ever happen to hippa. I wish everyone the best with dealing with the tax lady's unpleasant, unworthy, supposedly professional employees!!
