Feedback:

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. It's great that they offer Yoga Teacher Training! The yoga studio itself is nice and big so you never feel crowded in class and they have plenty of mats/blocks/bolsters/blankets to borrow, free of charge! It's a small family business, and numerous members of the family can be found working at different times. There is a bakery right next door so it always smells good when you leave! They are also one of the few studios around that offers Aerial Yoga which is super fun.

I absolutely LOVE The Spring Yoga and Wellness Center. The yoga studio is a clean, beautiful and spacious room with lots of natural sunlight streaming in the many windows. Have you ever taken a yoga class while watching it snow outside and smelling the amazing smells coming from the bakery below? Heaven, just Heaven! Ever tried aerial yoga? All of the instructors are highly qualified, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. They make each person feel welcome, respected, and part of the yoga community. The Spring also offers nutrition, acupuncture, CBD, essential oil, aerial yoga, and many other many workshops which are top notch.

I started going to the Spring Yoga and Wellness center in March 2017. The Spring studio is a lovely space to practice yoga. It's a safe haven for physical, emotional and spiritual healing and well being. They have a diverse group of instructors and classes that they offer for all levels. Since I have been going to yoga, about 3-4 days per week, my body feels so much better. I'm less tight and sore in my neck, back & shoulders, I feel stronger and more flexible and my mind is more at peace as well. I am so grateful to have found this place, they really help me control my stress and make me feel better!

I've taken classes at other yoga studios in Olney and Rockville over the years and The Spring is my favorite, no contest! The practice space is a large, airy space with lots of windows and a wooden floor that always smells fresh and clean. The teachers not only totally know yoga, but are all likeable and easy to talk to. There are classes on all levels (including "flying yoga"!) and an attractive discount for new students. At The Spring, yoga began to make sense to me in a way it never had before. This is a health-centered community with massage and acupuncture therapists, nutrition counseling, meditation classes, etc. on site.

I love the lunch time core buster class that Tanya teaches on Wednesdays. I tried it just on a whim a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it! I plan on attending it every week. I also go to Takisha's gentle yoga every Wednesday before Tanya's class. It's a perfect warm-up for Tanya's class. Those classes fit perfectly into my work week so I wanted to express how much I enjoy taking these classes and how much I look forward to going every week. I also attend Sarah's class on Sunday and it is just as amazing. Sarah, Tanya and Takisha are incredible instructors and do such a good job of teaching.

This yoga studio is well run, professional and progressive in its thinking. The studio is light and pleasant to be in, especially wjen the smells waft up from the bakery below. The teachers are excellent. I was very stiff when I first started back to yoga but found the beginner classes gentle enough to gradually increase my flexibility and challenging enough to allow me to grow stronger and more confident. There is also plenty for the more flexible and athletic. It is a good place if you are looking for a yoga home.

I love going to the Spring! I've enjoyed both yoga classes and seasonal workshops (the winter health workshop was my favorite), but my favorite experience so far has been acupuncture. I love the calm pace of every appointment and never feel rushed when explaining the things that are going on with me. The atmosphere is relaxing and I feel better after every appointment!
