Client Review on The Screen Shop

Feedback:

The windows were great as was the price but the contractor that they sent did not do any of the finishing touches. I was left cleaning the windows and doing touch up paint on my own. After contacting the company, I was told that this is not part of their responsibility. I hired contractors to do this work because I'm unable to do most of it and don't want to do the touch up work. It's sad to go from a 5 star service to 2 for a little bit of touch up work that should be expected.
