Qti has jobs almost everytime I call. Depending on who you get over the phone good luck because there customer service is not all that great. I called a few days back to report my hours for a job they assigned me to and was told "the job will send us the houra you dont need to call" 1st off a good employee being myself will call regardless because I'm responsible for the hours I work most importantly and I don't need anyone missing an hour or dime out of my paycheck! And most the jobs theyve sent me to are very unfair, and unwelcoming as well as QTI .

They send you places they wouldn’t go, and then when you don’t like where they sent you there not going to work with you anymore afterwards The people at the front desk are always rude and if you are BLACK most of the places they send you the people are racist trust me you’ll feel the vibes

QTI is the #1 place to go for all of your employment needs, whether you are a company or a job seeker. I have worked with them from both perspectives, and they have provided the utmost expertise and customer service in a timely and thorough manner. They are invested in your success and are very pleasant to collaborate with. I must say, their new office on East Wash ain't too shabby to visit either!

The QTI Group offers expertise in all things HR, Staffing, Recruiting and payroll. I found their employees to be friendly and knowledgeable. They helped my brother with a temporary placement at a local company. I would highly recommend working with this locally-based firm for recruiting.

I utilized QTI's services in 2017 after I completed a graduate program and was looking for full-time work. Even though my particular industry wasn't a sector in which QTI staffed, they worked with me to find the best temporary fit while I searched for a permanent position. The interview process was thorough and QTI staff were friendly and professional. After a few single day assignments, I was fortunate enough to find a short-term assignment which was ideal given my circumstances. In addition to the opportunity being 40 hours/week, both QTI and their client were flexible as I continued my full-time employment search, which helped tremendously throughout the application/interview process. Thankfully, I was eventually able to find a full-time position utilizing my graduate degree. I am confident that if I had not been so fortunate the QTI position could have potentially turned into a full-time position. Additionally, if my employment situation changes suddenly in the future, I would not hesitate to return to QTI.

After you take an assignment with them and find out that your not a good fit for this position and decide you want to look for something else your name is put on the bottom of the pile and for all the other clerical position they had open my application was ignored and emails were also ignored very disappointed since this is a temp agnecy suppose to be working with people to keep them working

I contacted the QTI group looking for employment, i submitted my resume and received a phone call a couple of days later and spoke with Nathan and then he emailed me a test and told me he would be in touch in the next week, that was three weeks ago and i have tried contacting him twice and he has not even responded to a direct email, whether their is work or not, being professional means you respond to emails within 48 hours and if not sooner. This place seems like they took my information and then did nothing with it to help me find employment or even contact me back to let me know what was going on, even when i reached out to them.

QTI found me a a temp to hire position that is a great fit for me. I had MANY hiring agencies contact me to help me find a new job, & none of them were really very helpful at all. I would work with them again & highly recommend them!

I recently moved back to Madison and used SEVERAL high end employment agencies to help me find a "perfect fit job" and QTI was the one that delivered!!! They found me a great fitting job, they really listened to what I wanted, and what i DIDN'T want. They kept in contact with me so I knew what was going on with my "profile". They would send me job descriptions and if i liked them, we moved forward, if i didn't then we shelved them. They were great to work with and hopefully i will be staying where i am for a long time, but if i ever need to look for another job again, QTI will be the first place i call!
