The Parcel Center is a small family owned business. Gary, the owner, is very kind and helpful. He will gladly spend time with customers either in person or on the phone. I drive past at least three UPS stores to get to the Parcel Center because of how great the people there are. While many UPS stores rush to get people out of the door, the Parcel Center is much more welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend their services.

Gary consistently provides superlative and expeditous service. I ship all my UPS and FedEx items via The Parcel Center. It is great having their business at such a convenient location in East Lyme. Keep up the great work!

I have always received fast, courteous service at this store. The owner/manager/gentleman at the front desk is very helpful and works quickly and efficiently while still remaining friendly to the customers. I now do most of my shipping from this location when they are open. The owner is also a notary public and I have brought several papers there that needed to be notarized to him. As said before, fast, courteous with no hassles and reasonably priced.
