Wow!!! That word pretty much sums up Trisha and Andrea from The Nanny Joynt!! I am a Career Nanny and have been around a long time. These ladies do a phenomenal job matching families and Nannies together. The application process is extensive for both nannies and families, but this is part of the reason they are so wonderful. They truly understand what it means to be a Nanny and how truly important it is to provide the best for each and every family that contacts them. They just don’t take anyone, like most other agencies. They are Very selective. So it is truly my honor to be working with them. And I am very confident this will be a long and great relationship!

Not only does the agency provide invaluable guidance, support & resources to both nannies and families, I truly felt like Trisha took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a job. Looking for a long term placement can be taxing on both applicants and families, but The Nanny Joynt works hard to make the process as seamless as possible. There was always plenty of written communication regarding any interviews or working interviews and someone was always available to talk if I had a question or concern. Going through the process with multiple agencies, I truly feel that The Nanny Joynt is the most professional and thorough and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you, Nanny Joynt!!!

Trisha and The Nanny Joynt have been such an amazing discovery! My husband and I are from the East Coast and don't have any family in AZ to help watch our little one. Mom and Dad desperately needed some alone time! Fortunately, Trisha and The Nanny Joynt connected us with the best babysitter, Barbie. Barbie made me feel comfortable the moment she walked into our home. She was warm, kind, full of calming energy -- and amazingly professional at the same time. Knowing that Trisha and her team went through so many background checks, interviews, etc also helped me feel comfortable. Can't thank Trisha and Barbie enough for taking such great care of our little guy.

I was placed by the Nanny Joynt around the 1st of this year. It seemed like forever before I wasplaced in my forever Nanny home. lol Trisha assured me the process can take some time. She is careful to match her Nannies up to a compatible family. She listens to her families and her Nannies to find the right match. I am so fulfilled in my role as a Nanny. My family appreciates me, values my opinion and the whole family including the dog walks me to the door each day with lots of kisses and hugs to say goodbye. I would also like to say Trisha hired me to work with her family before she placed me. She would not place a Nanny in your home that she wouldn’t trust in her own. Thank you Trisha you are an amazing soul. Your services are so important in the lives of busy parents, precious babies and Nannies that love what they do.

I have been nannying for quite a while and have always used websites where I could find and communicate with families on my own. When it was time to look for a new family, the Nanny Joynt was recommended to me and I’m so glad I applied with them! I was really nervous to go through an agency since I had never done it before but I’m so glad I did! From the minute I met and interviewed with Trisha, I could tell she took placing nannies with families very seriously and I felt as though I was in good hands. She thoroughly interviews each family and nanny that goes through her process, and I felt the safest I ever have interviewing with and working with a family as their nanny. Trisha not only interviewed me on my experience, education, and beliefs about childcare, but she also made sure to ask what I value in a nanny job and in the family I would be employed with. After the interview, she asked me which open jobs I was interested in and went through my list with me, pointing out the families that she thought fit best with my personality and my values. I went on an interview with the family both Trisha and I thought I fit best with and I loved them immediately! After the interview, we set up a working trial, which was a really nice way to get to know the family and their child better and learn more about their daily routine and expectations, as well as mine. Then, the family decided to hire me and Trisha helped us write out a contract that fit everyone’s needs. I have been with this family for 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier with my placement! I would definitely recommend going through the Nanny Joynt, whether you are a nanny or a family looking for childcare!
