First - Sydney and Carly are great representatives for this location. I've enjoyed working with Liberty as an employee and a client. This staffing agency is one of the lower, if not the lowest, paying agencies in the area for our industry. I understand that under-paying the staff will keep costs down for the client but hourly pay should be reviewed. Also, have you guys ever considered requiring clients to pay your leasing consultants commissions? Full House Marketing is a local company that requires this and it is extremely fair. Leasing consultants put forth much effort to show & lease an apartment, not to mention verifying paperwork, income, typing leases, walking apartments, going over move-in paperwork with a new resident, etc. etc. The Liberty Group consultant does all of this work and the client’s leasing team gets all of the rewards. This is unfair and demotivating. I understand people hire temporary employees to help but that doesn’t mean industry incentives aren't deserved. Please consider this employee feedback for future policies. Lastly, I love the new online timesheets.

As a property manager, I have had amazing luck with the candidates that the Liberty Group has sent my way! They are an awesome group to work with! I also have worked under their supervision most recently and that experience has been rewarding as well!

I've been with the Liberty Group since 2018. The staff at The Liberty Group are amazing. They are supportive, complementary and dedicated to Our Success knowing that we are extensions of them. And unlike most agencies work at The Liberty Group is plentiful!! If I had to make any suggestions on how to improve their service, it would be to offer commissions for leases made on assignments, higher pay, and paid training for those who work the most for them or are requested repeatedly. I feel that better trained employees make for better opportunities not only for The Liberty Group but for the staff. In the interim keep up the great work ladies!! YOU are the BEST!! 😄😄

At the start it went well with the interview, etc. Felt it took too long to get my first assignment but after that it went smooth. Ran into some issues with their pay and of course they turn their back on you as soon as you speak up. Carly was very rude on the phone. The rest of the girls were nice. Not recommended unless you want to get shorted out your wages. Typical scam temp service.

I have used The Liberty Group for the last several years and have been amazed by their impeccable customer service every step of the way. Like with any temp agency, there will be people who are assigned who may not be the best fit. However, what sets the Liberty Group team apart is their unwavering dedication to ensuring they find you the best fit and always follow up with the onsite team with each assignment. I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work and assisting us in times where we needed quick assistance. I highly recommend this company and team.

The staff here are okay. They check in on you at the beginning of your assignment, I guess just to make sure that you will be there. But after that there is no follow up. The placed me at a property that no other temp wanted to work (and I can see why). This place is a dump. It's a low income, rental assistance place with no traffic, no phone calls, no nothing. Perfect for someone in that area (for me it was a 45 min drive) that don't want to do nothing but sit on their butt all day. They wanted to save this client which if they stepped foot in that closet of a office they would just let him go. If the ladies ask you to go to Wake Forest, don't go. It's not worth the pay. Which I also found out they are the lowest paying temp agency. They were making $11 per hour off this assignment, they could have paid more. Go to Full House Marketing or even BG staffing, this company isn't worth the hassle.

Working through The Liberty Group gave me the experience I needed to get a permanent job in property management when I needed to change careers. They kept me working with temporary assignments until they were able to help me find a permanent position. I am so grateful I was referred to them.

This group is awesome! All the staff that I’ve come in contact with has been super friendly and helpful. They found me a great assignment quickly and has kept in touch to make sure that everything is going okay. I have recommended them already to so many people, and I will continue to do so 😊

Everyone on their staff I have come in contact with has been superb! I applied for a position on a Tuesday and was working an assignment by Thursday! They have been dedicated and with me every step of way!
