I use the IT company for my business and personal needs and I have to say the service is exceptional! Kelly, Andrew and Connor are professional, thorough, and they will summarize each task they have completed for detailed billing so I know exactly what they accomplished and exactly what I am paying for. I can now rest easy knowing that my files are being backed up, and that they are only a phone call away if I ever get the dreaded "blue screen" again! They have saved my butt numerous times.
