Terrible agency to work or deal with. They're in the wrong profession to be honest. If you don't believe everyone that's had terrible experience with them, then try calling them yourself, if you one of the few possible lucky ones your call might be answered and if not try leaving a voicemail or send an email and see if it gets returned then you'll see what everyone is talking about here. I would highly advise any company considering to post a job with them or anyone looking to apply for a job through this so called temp agency then think twice and avoid them! There are plenty of temp agency options out there to choose from so don't settle for less than you deserve!

AVIOD THIS AGENCY AT ANY RATE! As previously mentioned by Carey Gregory, Lisa I guess the owner will never answer or return any phone calls and as well as emails! Very unprofessional! What type of profession she thinks she's in. Unlike any other temp agencies out there, these people don't care about the individuals they suppose to be helping when it comes to job placement. I think the guys that works with her Austin maybe her son I guess is a little helpful sometimes then she is.

I could not be happier with a temp agency. Having had a bad experience in the past with another temp agency, dealing with THR has been a breath of fresh air. They are professional and so very helpful. Lisa is as sweet as they come and Austin is so organized and helpful. I came all the way from Texas for an interview with her which landed me at a PERFECT firm. I simply could not be happier with Lisa and her team. She is always very responsive. She got sick during negotiations for my temp position and worked hard for me by taking calls from me and the firm while sick and receiving calls from my references to help me land the interview with the firm. She even called me on her vacation when they decided to hire me on directly. She is very dedicated and I can appreciate that. Thank you Lisa, Austin, and THR!

Very friendly, professional yet they make you feel relaxed and at ease. I worked at a temp to perm assignment with a highly reputable national company and was soon hired full time and I've been working there for over year. I'm very thankful they have given me the opportunity. recommend searching for work through them!

The Human Resource of the Triad is a fantastic firm and I recommend it to anyone! Lisa and Austin are both extremely professional and friendly. Although Lisa is extremely busy, she always takes the time to reply to a text or email. They make you feel like you are a part of a family!

Lisa is always gone from the office. Not to mention she will not return a call or an email. Called her work number to check on a job over the period of 2-3 weeks and left her messages multiple times . Never did she return my calls. I would even call her cell and leave messages did she ever return any of those calls? NO! I got tired of it and started sending emails in hope she would return my email to let me know anything about the job I really wanted...nope. Absolutely horrible experience in a staffing agency. I do not recommend going to her!
