Mr. Hicks lives up to his moniker, MySharpLawyer. I filed for disability in California, but that lawyer gave my case to Mr. Hicks in Kentucky. I practically gave up, thinking my medical conditions didn't warrant disability so the California lawyer threw me away. However, Mr. Hicks gathered my very long medical data, working with me closely for almost two years. His staff was always very kind with me on the phone. Mr. Hicks flew in from Kentucky to sit by my side at the court hearing. He guided me thoughtfully through the hearing to prioritize my disabilities and he remained positive, which lifted me up. One month later, he congratulated me on winning the case, but he deserves every penny for winning it for me. He is my sharp lawyer.

I have been trying to get my Social Security for 9 years. I had a Lawyer but lost. The Hicks Law Firm went above and beyond and got my full Social Security Disability benefits. Would Recommend them to all that are having problems getting there Social Security benefits.

FOR ANYONE, ANY WHERE, ATTORNEY DAVID HICKS.To have Mr. Hicks as an Attorney was a Massive Relief. My Hearing was coming up in less than 3 or so weeks and in that time he acquired ALL forms for my Disability and had already sent them to the Social Security to the judges office for that hearing. I know in this day and age it is difficult to be Leary over the Internet. This is the real deal. CALL, ASK and Git’er Done! This is the Man to Call. I am so ThankfuL to have found such a Motivated and Articulate Individual and Yes I was Apprived for SSDI in the courtroom that day.
