Horrible place. I met one of the recruiters by the name of Felicia Brescia back in April. I found her on zip recruiter and sent her my resume. She called and emailed me back the next day all excited to talk with me about a customer service job with an international coffee making company. We set up an interview and I met her the next day. When I met her it felt as though she was disappointed in me and I could tell it. She talked with me a few minutes, told me about the job and said that they are really looking for someone who speaks Spanish and French but that I may have a shot since I have a college degree and they haven’t found anyone as of yet and had the post for a while. I asked her if she would call me to let me know either way and she told me instead to call her in a week and a half (ie do part of her job for her). I called and she was supposedly busy so I left a voicemail. Never got back to me so a few weeks later (I had other interviews I found myself that I went on but they didn’t pan out) I e-mailed her and she e-mailed me right back and told me they found someone and that she would call me if she found anything matching my skills. Total bs. I have been unemployed for a while and she knew that when she called me for the interview. She also made me fill out a form with my personal information (as well as my social security number). I don’t know if it’s this place’s policy to treat potential clients like that or Ms.Brescia is just terrible at her job but something needs to change. A recruiting company should at least be a place where they take responsibility to call/e-mail you to let you know if you have the job or not and definitely should be one where you don’t have to call, wait and then e-mail in order to get a response. I just chalk it up to people not wanting to do their jobs which really frustrates me as someone who actually wants to work. I only gave this place one star because it wouldn’t let me post anything with no stars.

Piece of junk. I'm from the city and they made me drive all the way there.I thought I was under arrest the way that woman grilled me. Wasted my time, told me right then and there that the position I was baited for was filled (probably didn't exist in the first place).Then she said she had another great job for me and to send her an email referencing that job. After having to email her twice to get a response, she then tells me that the position was filled. really?Haven't heard from her since, by the way. Total scam.

I don't know why they took my SS number and made me fill out all these forms if they weren't going to put me on an assignment. I have emailed them my availability and no response. They shouldn't take anyone's personal info unless they're going to put people to work.

Concorde Personnel is a great agency to work with. I became out of work in early 2015. I submitted my resume to an ad posted by Concorde and within 1 hour I received a call from a recruiter there. We met up two days after and went over my background, expectations and so forth. The recruiter submitted my resume to the client the same day...and by the end of the day I received a phone call stating the client wanted to interview me. Long story short--I was back to work within 2 weeks after losing my original job.The placement was a temporary placement--but it was great experience none the less. The client even offered me a permanent spot within 3 weeks of working for them. Concorde does a great job of matching you-both technical and soft skills with the right employer whether temporary or perm. The recruiters at Concorde also visit each company and meet with every hiring manager--before taking them on as a client. Overall--my experience with Concorde was great. Felicia--you are the best!!!
