I am a 30+ year professional with a Masters Degree and am being contacted by this firm for temp jobs as an Admin Assistant. Did these recruiters even read my resume or the job requirements? This seems to be a problem that is rampant in this industry.

TCM is easily one of the best staffing companies I've ever had the privilege of working with. When first presented an opportunity, I was given great detail and more importantly, candid background. This really meant that they had a relationship with their customers, not just trying to place someone. After accepting a position with one of their clients, I went through the best and easiest onboarding process I've ever seen. All forms were online and processed quickly. All communication with my recruiter and management was done professionally and with great help. I can not recommend TCM highly enough.

They take the time to learn your story, what you want in the job search, your expectations with the type of job (remote/in-office, location, temp/full-time...). They work hard to match you with as many opportunities as possible. They are honest and realistic, and have a good reputation with companies in many states which increase opportunities to be found!
