Called over the phone and the lady I spoke too sounded like she hated her job was completely rude. Let me get this clear for knuckle head as- people saying we are liers or theses are false comments. No. Wake up and smell the fakeness and rudeness in the air but some people can't because they are just simply the same. You have a different experience going in. And have a wwwaayyy different experience with them on the phone. Horrible people. Negative 5 stars if you ask me.
