I highly recommend Michelle Cimino .The Cimino law firm helped me out of a very difficult Divorce situation in which I had to dismiss my former attorney . I had Retained an attorney with a large reputable (so i thought ) local firm, it turned into a disaster and was approaching a year of financial bleeding. Michelle has been nothing but wonderful with my custody case. I found that many other lawyers were easy to fold to what the opposing counsel wanted, however Michelle went in ready for a fight knowing what I wanted and fought for it. She is happy to ease any fears you have, is very honest on what your chances are at getting what you are requesting and fighting hard for what is best for the children. Will be using her again and again.

Michelle went above and beyond to settle what should have been a simple non-contested divorce but ended up being a year and half battle with an unresponsive opposing counsel and a difficult and abusive defendant. My ex was declared incompetent and her attorney ultimately resigned from defending her. Michelle tried everything to work with my ex when she insisted on representing herself despite the numerous personal attacks she lodged towards Michelle. The judge finally assigned a guardian ad litum and Michelle managed to obtain a fair and equitable settlement much better than I would have expected. I believe any other attorney would have cut bait and run. She did all of this while assuaging my anxiety and not charging nearly as much as she could have. Dedicated and professional.

I do not recommend Michelle cimino she plays very nice and professional until she have your money then she will ignore you like you’re nobody. Maybe because I’m African American,I try to use her to get my Divorce and she told me she can do an Annulment so I gave her $1,000 thinking and believing she was going to do the annulment like she said, once I did get a hold of her after texting and calling, she tell me she not going to be able to do the annulment that I will have to file a complaint against my husband I said OK to move things along we filled out the paperwork When I tried to get a hold of her to see if she sent them to the judge and my husband which she never did and charge me for that too I told her I did not want to use her as a lawyer anymore she gave me back $160 of my $1,000 for work that she did not do she ignored my text messages and ignore my calls and all I was trying to do was find out what was going on after she took my money then she said I I called multi times of course i did you have my money and not doing the work and you’re ignoring me,BUT THE GOD I SERVE you can never win when you play dirty,GOD SEE EVERYTHING
