Mr. Thatcher's office completed federal, AZ state, and out-of-state tax returns for me (since I had moved to AZ in the middle of the year). He incorrectly completed my out-of-state return (he missed putting a number on one line), which led to me being audited and a bill for more money from the state. When I contacted him to ask for assistance in paying this bill, or to ask for at least a partial refund of what I paid him to do the returns (which was almost $500, VERY expensive!), he was rude and argumentative. He told me all they help with if they screw up your taxes is a penalty and/or interest. Due to his rudeness, and incorrectly completing my taxes, I would not recommend his office.
