I do not recommend this staffing agency at all. I applied for a job, met with a recruiter, and I still haven't heard back from them. That was almost a month ago. This was after trying to put me in a starting position after having 10 years of experience. I was promised they would call within 48 hours to let me know about my background check. So unprofessional.

Good company to work for . Have the luxury of working with Carly Erickson while I'm on assignment. She's the best, goes above and beyond always. She even had my pay card delivered to my work place for my convenience.

(I tried to give them zero stars haha) One of the worst experiences ever with a staffing agency. Don’t use this place, don’t waste your time. Carly and Rhonda there are absolutely the worst, just clueless on how to do their job. You won’t find a job if you go thru this place

I moved to Arizona with no job set up and went to TERRA Staffing Group desperately needing one. Carly Erickson was my recruiter and found me a job right away. I just found out that my job was hiring me in yesterday! I would not have found such a great place to work had it not been for Terra Staffing and Carly. They have always been available to help me and answer any questions or concerns that I had. An exceptional Staffing Agency and a Stellar Performance of a strong work ethic from Carly. Thank you all so much! You made my transition to a new area great!

Everyone do not use this staffing agency they are absolutely horrible. I was blamed for a no show that wasn’t my fault. What happened was I called late afternoon the day before letting them know I wouldn’t make it to work the next morning and the afternoon staffer didn’t tell the morning staffer who worked the morning the next day so that staffer logged it as a no show. I called in saying it wasn’t my fault and that I called in the day prior and I even provided a phone log as proof of the call. They still refused to change it. So now they have made it to where I can never get another assignment. This is what happens folks. I had one incident that wasn’t my fault and now they have fired me after just one where I can’t ever get work from them again. You have been warned never use this staffing agency. Stephanie is the manager and she is very rude won’t ever work with you should an issue come up. If your not perfect they send you home and will make it so you can’t get anymore assignments.

Interview was horrible. Left me in a room for several minutes. Didn't offer me any other jobs and pretty much just tossed me aside because of knee and not being able to stand for long hours. What a joke. This staffing company sucks

made appointment, showed up to it, front ladies were nice but the recruiter Carly interviewed me is totally close minded if you are not 100% fit for the EXACT requirements and you have done it a couple of weeks, don't waste your time going. I have 6-7 years experience on a job they had, but I done many years ago so on her mind I can not do it. when you ride a bike does not matter how may years go by, you can jump back on one and do it again.NOPE on her mind.... that is close minded to me and don't even let their customer the chance to decide. smily face, nice and all but close minded.

Horrible help and staffing team. I was told numerous of times to call back the recruiter myself and leave a voicemail because he/she will get back to me. I never received a call/email back, not one. I was told to call back for different positions I applied for that are currently still open and yet, nothing once again. I went into an interview to receive no help and gather clueless information. I drove 40+ minutes just to sit there and take a screening for what again, nothing.

I rarely write review but this was Not a very good experience I went in with my husband today and the receptionist right away asked if we had an appointment .. I said no she said well we normally only accept you by appointments ... but I’ll see if there is a recruiter available .. a recruiter came out my husband informed her he was looking to apply for a job she mentioned they only conduct interviews in English and all positions they had available required English I asked why isn’t the information regarding the language and no walk in appointments on the website she just .. said she will notify someone to look at the web page..
