We have been with Tech Support Services for a number of years now. From quoting to implementation to the On-going service providedWe have been nothing but extremely satisfied. We have a number of challenges to overcome with all the software and hardware that goes along with the modern age of working on vehicles and Tech support is always on top of the latest issues and solutions to these challenges. Tech support manages every aspect of our technology needs from our Server to our workstations as well any specialty tools needed. As with most modern business’s we rely so much on technology to operate on a day to day basis and tech support provides peace of mind knowing that I can rely completely on them. Tech Support has taken all the heavy lifting off my back with their easy to use ticketing system and urgency to fix any issues that arise. Jeremy and the entire staff are always friendly and easy to work with by explaining problems and solutions in easy to understand language. Without a doubt if anyone is looking for a complete solution to their IT needs I would highly recommend Tech Support Services!
