Very poor and expensive. Gary Benskin did not provide the level of service one would expect. You would expect someone doing your tax return to look for outstanding tax due to be paid, he did not. He had access to this detail online and could not be bothered to follow this up. An additional fee was charged for correspondence to the HMRC which he did not do. Beware of these people they are not accredited with the FSC and therefore unregulated.
