On February 28, 2017 I went do my taxes with Karina, the owner. I had the most HORRIBLE experience because on May 18,2017 I called the IRS for other related question and they told me they have not received my tax papers.I was VERY UPSET ,I call the office and I was treated like it was my fault.The reception and the owner where nasty and blaming me for the mistake.. You go to a tax preparer or account ( A PROFESSIONAL,) so their are no MISTAKES.. The owner did not write the correct company employee number,the second question ask on the form..How can you mess up on the second question on the tax form .Now I have penalties ,because of this mistake. When you can't reach a client by email or phone you MAIL THEM A LETTER.. ( OLD SCHOOL) This is your responsibility as a business.. UNPROFESSIONAL not recommend......( -1 )
