I went in for a consultation to have them do my taxes as they are local to me. Front desk lady receptionist kept trying to take my folder that had my personal info that i brought with me... 3 times she tried to take them from me.. told her the first time I would hold on to them. One week after the consultation i was still deciding if i wanted to use them and was sent a bill for the consultation. I called and they said they would drop the bill if I use them to file my taxes.. funny thing is I was never informed on a fee for the consultation and was told they are normally free. Took my business elsewhere.
