If I could give zero stars I would. Last year they did a great job with our taxes (in person). However, this year they had a receptionist scan all documents in. My appointment was March 5th. Today is June 18th and they still haven't filed my taxes. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone until today, who informed me she doesn't know anything and transferred me to yet another voicemail...

Set appoint for tax services on April 3rd. Went to their business address, it is a Regus virtual office. No tax professional was on sight, a temporary receptionist for the company scanned in my tax documents took my preparation fee and assured me my taxes would be completed before Apr 15th. On the 12th I received a voice mail claiming that my documents were incomplete. After 7 phone calls I reached their office receptionist who claimed an extension was filed on my behalf, and that I would hear from a tax preparer before May 15th. I have left 5 voice mails, and sent a fax to the firm, they do not answer the phone, no one is in the virtual office any longer to represent this business. After researching I found that the principles of the company live in Henderson Nv, they have never returned or acknowledged phone calls. The only thing they have processed on my behalf was their fee, which they quickly deposited on 4/5/14. I had my taxes done on 5/28 by a tax professional, I was missing no documents as I had been advised in the voice mail by the company. At best their service is terrible, at worst it appears that it could be a complete scam.
