Overall Feedback:

I was placed on a project with Talon Performance Group. They did not compensate me for my final week due to a clause in the agreement. Highly unethical for them to bill the client for my time without compensation to me. I have not had a good experience with anyone at Talon. There were multiple issues with getting paid on time.From a client perspective, watch your bill rates, Talon marked me up 65%. Lesson learned - Be careful who you work with.
