Feedback:

Don't work for Nationwide through them. The job in itself is a nightmare and the pay is baaaad. You are better off anywhere else. Basically they are a puppy mill and you are the puppy.

Rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory recruiter used bait and switch hiring tactic. She wasted my time and lied to me. What a poorly excuse for supposed to be a professional. Stay clear from this sorry agency with discriminating practices and incompetent recruiters.

The agency only offer poorly paid jobs, I never received paystubs for my paychecks. The only good thing I have to say is that the recruiter speak proper English and they are professional when getting back to you.So far working with Nationwide as a contractor was the worst job I had careerwise.

I worked with tailored previously and had a great experience so i decided to go back. I then applied did everything that was required for me to get hired with arc industries even interviewed with the site manager. All i needed was my cpr . I obtained that in 2days later. I got great feed back from the interview even predictive start dates . I then notified matt the recruiter holly and marcie that i put my 2weeks notice in . I was told by matt and holly July 3rd was a start date but then it was pushed back do to the holiday and they wanted to atart me on a fresh week. The site manager at arc wasn't in .then I was told July 9th .the 9th comes and goes remind you my laat day at my job was July 9th. I reached out matt and holly both said they are waiting on arc ro approve start date. After 2 weeks marcie calls and says they decided to go in another direction and matt should be reaching out he never did I sent a email no response .I finally sent another email 7/31/18 matt calls and says he was suppose to reach out on 7/30 /18 but he was not in the office and since I had reached out he might as well do follow up 7/31/18. He wanted to know where I was and if i wanted to continue with tailored .umm of course I don't have a job thanks to y'all. Very unprofessional job coaches,management. They knew I wasn't working and just didn't care .

I applied for a position with a job site, and I was promptly emailed back to schedule a phone interview the next morning. I confirmed the interview shortly thereafter, and then never received a call. I left a voicemail and sent follow-up emails. Still nothing. This is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. It has been approximately two weeks.

This place was never ever able to offer me a job other than gcg and gcg is the type of place that only need people for a week. This place is a waste of time. I have seven years experience in costumer service and Taylor management couldn't help.

What can i say about this company!!! When I applied for the position no where did it say that I was going thru a temporary agency that's the first red flag! Second after the interview still not known that I was working for a temporary agency, I interviewed at the company with the HR rep and the manager of the department. It was not until the background was sent that I knew it was a temporary agency. I had 3 different people sending me emails and requesting information that was already provided to them. I literally had to tell them that I already submitted the information and gotten confirmation that it was received and nothing else was needed, but yet they was still sending me emails, calls and text messages asking for the same information over and over again.Now I have been on this assignment for 6 weeks now and every week there is an issue with payroll!!! That is unacceptable and unprofessional!!!! They always have an excuse as to what the issue is, for this company to be located right here in Columbus, OH there is no reason that all the external employees have to wait to be paid because they have incompetent people that work for them. They think that paying us on Saturday is acceptable, Im sorry its not especially when you have direct deposit!! THERE IS NO EXCUSE!!!!The hours posted on the website are inconsistent with what the recording says, hours are 8 am to 5pm EST. No one is never in the office on time to answer any questions or concerns that an employee may have either. It is not 8:28 am on Friday have yet to be paid and of course no one is in the office!!! Beware before you accept any position with this company, they will leave you high and dry and not return any of your calls.
