I am still currently working with switch2ecom with my website that has more than a thousand Skus, I came to them with a inventory and updating issues from the last company that I was using, Sunil was great in explaining to me their process and assured me of the constant communication. As with any issues we are still working on it together and perfecting it but the communication and willingness to do things right by switc2ecom has been excellent, I believe they really want their clients to do well in the eCommerce space and they show it in their work and willingness to contribute ideas. I have just engaged them to do my SEO and social media monitoring as well and the reports and the communication has been great as well. I am looking forward to a long successful relationship between both our companies.
