I had a great experience with Swim. I worked with recruiters from a few different organizations in my job hunt. Rosalina was the only one to continuously send me roles I was both qualified for and interested in.My only complaint is that the account manager (not Rosa) was pushy in "encouraging" me to take the role since I was deciding between two opportunities, the other of which was not through Swim. I understand the nature of recruitment but his approach made me uncomfortable.Overall, I was able to find a role in which I'm extremely satisfied, so I would recommend Swim (and already have).

Awesome employer and great recruitment firm if you're looking for a recruitment agency that specialises in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver. Good variety of client as they work with some of the best and biggest brands in Vancouver, as well as small special up-and-coming local companies that you've probably never heard of.

Excellent firm. Had 2 roles in the pipeline for my needs, and got to finals with both and an offer from one. The recruiters provided interview prep and feedback in a timely manner and helped during the process. Would recommend Swim Recruiting to any job seekers.

After messaging me to set up a meeting/call, David with Swim recruiting 'no-showed', then attempted to set another time and inexplicably stopped responding to emails. Very unprofessional. Failing to keep commitments is bad enough; one shouldn't also have to chase their employees just to set up a call.

I have had the opportunity to be working with Swim Recruiting. I was working with David, and it has been an actual pleasure in dealing with him. I did end up working somewhere else, not in relation to Swim.However, I was genuinely pleased by his professionalism and his care of the clients.Anyone looking for a good opportunity , please go in blindly.
