I've been working through Sunrise Services for over two years now, and I'm so lucky to have Ray Santos as my contact with them. Every time I've emailed Ray with a question, he has always responded within 24 hours. Even if he still needed to research an answer, he would let me know he's working on it and would get back to me when he had the information I requested. After hearing the horror stories my coworkers have had with their ACRO representatives, it makes me appreciate Ray even more. I'm glad that he will still be my "point-person" with the new management handling my contract now. Thanks for everything, Ray!
