This place needs to be inspected thoroughly by OSHA. Very unsafe bldg #6501(The main building). Asked to be a forklift driver 3 wks ago. Took written test, passed ( still no training). I was a reliable employee, put up with alot of disrespectfulness by the supervisors there. I just want to advance and be cross trained in my department, but it's at his discretion( which means whether he likes you or not). This place is good to use as a stepping stone, not a career. They don't have to worry about this one anymore, for today I have moved on for the better. Too much sexual harassment, inappropriate conversations and high school mean girl cliques(which include the female supervisors).

When I work there in 2018 they paid 11.25 an hour.. Worst Warehouse I ever worked in my life. Most of the people they hire have felonies, and sell drugs on the premises. They don't do UA's so everybody they hire pretty much is a drug addict. They hire a bunch of lazy kids that hardly do anything and you're constantly having to pick up the slack. The people that are in charge of telling people what to do have bad attitudes and use foul language to the point of harassment. They let forklift drivers horseplay and do donuts and whatever they want to do pretty much/ no seatbelts. I watched a guy on lunch break smoke weed then get on a forklift and crash into a pole inside the building, and they didn't fire him. I've seen at least five fights break out.. They don't work you everyday unless you're a forklift driver and the people that lump boxes have to call in everyday to find out if they have work/ hit or miss. If they gave everybody a UA and that place it would be shut down. Forklift drivers enter the cans while loaders are still inside and backup without honking horns or wearing seat belts.. they tell you you're not allowed to listen to music but forklift driver still wear headphones and the Lumpers inside the cans play music on their cell phones. The whole place is corrupt and they never get in trouble for breaking the law. The forklift drivers are so dangerous in that place they push huge stacks of pallets that are against the rules, they speed around on the forklifts at Full Throttle, seeing employees riding around on the forks of the forklift whenever it's break time or lunch break. When the forklift drivers backup on the forklift in Reverse they slam it into drive and cause the tires to peel out all over the floor.. the place is unbelievable
