I have been getting my taxes done here for a couple years now and it seems as the business is going downhill. The services were okay, not good but just okay because of the low fee for doing your taxes. But with anything you do in life you get what you pay for, nothing more or nothing less. I had a bit of some concerns with why each and EVERY year I file my taxes dating back to about 2012-the “IRS” always sends me a notice pertaining to paperwork that wasn’t filed. I found it quite odd because I bring all necessary documents to this business so they can file my taxes accordingly. I usually deal with the I guess “owner” of the business by name of Folasade or she sometimes goes by the name “Sade”. Seems friendly when doing the filing part, but when you call back to ask questions about any concerns she derails all questions and tells you ways that you didn’t provide the right paperwork. Kinda weird that one is in the business and doesn’t know how to conduct business at a professional level. I called to inquire again about a notice I received and she over talked me, telling me I had an attitude, saying how she doesn’t remember, stating that call her back when I want to talk without attitude, even said that I was using a tone(I had the same tone the entire phone call) that was loud and then hung up the phone and said call back when you want to talk. I shared with her that I was using the same tone that I started with and told her if she was having a bad day not to take it out on me. She(Folasade) literally didn’t let me get a word in the entire conversation-but I let her speak and never one time cut her off. All in all if you neeed your taxes done whether personal or business I’m WARING YOU DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT FINANCIALLY. Very unprofessional staff and her especially, you file your taxes and then come November your allows owing the IRS in some way. People do reviews on places before you go, unfortunately this was a lesson learned from me to you. Maybe they should take business 101 to see how to talk to people and also how to run a successful business, SMH...
