I started my first job after moving to the Tampa area at Sunbelt Staffing as a recruiter, over 4 years ago. Although the job is challenging, it helped me to grow in ways I didn’t realize I could. The work environment is the best, my coworkers were always great and supportive, and it seemed like there was always something fun going on - an event off site, or a contest with prizes. Work/life balance is encouraged here, and management is very down to earth. I have since found MY forever job in an HR role, but this job is a forever job for a good majority of people who work here and I can understand why. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my career at Sunbelt and will forever be grateful for the time I spent with this company.
