Let's begin with my home being up for sale & in the market with a potential buyer. A half a point given because google won't allow 0! I had left for the day but went over the job with this company advising them of utility lines & irrigation lines. Told them if they had any questions or if something accidentally happens to let me know. Well the 2 who I spoke to, just told me to speak to the driller because they were only "watching" the job. I had returned several hours later where all four guy's told me things went smoothly except for the organic material giving them fits. I had left the house again only to return to them being gone. By the time I went outside to look at the finished job, I came into shock because my property was NOT left in fair condition. Dirt/mud/trash & you name it was all I could see. Not only did they lie to my face about damaging my propery but but my irrigation system was busted leaving me with no water. I was NEVER notified about any damages to my land nor my irrigation system. In fact, my water meter was running so fast I knew there was a leak & there was no telling how long I was losing water! I walked to my back yard witnessing water spewing out of the grass. Not only was it not fixed prior to them leaving but my yard was left in awful condition. My professionally landscaped yard was tore up, small piles of dirt left, drill holes unfilled, drink cups left against my home, flower post pulled but not replaced, mud thrown on the A.C. unit & the ground cover missing from around it. I was later informed by a warranty rep that the workers had damaged a water line, however, they informed the rep about not knowing there was a line and stating I as the homeowner did not either. Absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional! Numerous calls, messages and emails were sent to this company but no response was answered to me or my realtor. My warranty rep advised me their company did not care to discuss the matter but would return. The next day the company would returned. Again I was not home, but I returned & saw no improvement. Mud was slung over my driveway and in the street. And mud was kicked off their boots onto my realtors for-sale information sign. Nothing was done to clean up the job. Holes were left unfilled. Trash remained against my home. Grass was still damaged & covered in muddy areas killing the grass. A termite bait station was pulled from the ground & not replaced properly. Better yet dirt remained slung into my A.C. unit. The moral of this review, is this company did not leave my home in the condition it was at prior to this job. No respect given knowing my house was for sale!. There now is a potential cancellation for a buyer leaving me without a contract.

This review is for the wreckless driver you have employeed. Driving truck number 218 this morning Jan 18 in Gastonia driving 50 in a 35 on redbud. And flying in between cars on I85.
